Returns & Exchanges Policy
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges Procedure
1. Email: Help@favelastudios.com for Return Address.
2. Complete a returns request form (included in your original packaging or by downloading and printing this form) detailing your order number which begins with FS, item returned and reason for return.
3. Return your order in original packaging and condition within 14 days of receiving to the return address along with the completed returns form.
4. Upon receiving your returned package we will action your requested refund or exchange.
Cost of Return
You will be responsible for covering the cost of postage.
Refunds
Terms:
In case of return, the refund will take place within 5 business days of receipt of the product(s). However, the maximum period for refund is 8 days after receipt
A confirmation email will be sent to you. The refund will then be made according to the same payment method and in the same currency as that used by the customer upon payment of his/her order.
Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages
UK Delivery
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. For domestic priority and express delivery orders must be placed by 2pm. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We do not offer click and collect.
Favelastudios.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order. COVID-19 - Royal mail Operating reduced capacity which may impact delivery times please allow 1-2 working days for item to be dispatched.
Delivery options for UK residents:- Standard Delivery: Free shipping* (orders £80 and above are shipped for free) via Royal Mail Tracked. Orders below this threshold will be subject to a postage charge and will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and will arrive within 3/5 days once dispatched.(2nd Class)
- 1st Class Delivery : 1-2 Working days. - (*Orders placed on Friday will be sent on Monday. Does not include weekends or public holidays)
- Next Day Guarantee : next working day from when it's shipped (*Orders placed after 2pm will not guarantee next day delivery.)

International Delivery
Favela Studios using Royal Mail Tracked, please select your destination at checkout. A flat rate of £15 shipping will be applied. International orders will typically be delivered within 5-10 days of being dispatched.
Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.
