BLACK FRIDAY SALE POLICY
Sale Items
- All Black Friday sale items can be returned only for exchange or store credit. No refunds are permitted on sale items.
- Free returns are not available on any sale items; customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for orders to be shipped due to the high order volume during Black Friday.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Eligibility
- To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the product must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original components (e.g., boxes, accessories, labels, covers, booklets).
- Items that are damaged, used, incomplete, or soiled will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in compliance with this policy.
Return Period
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Packaging
- Please return your product in its original packaging. We strongly recommend taking necessary precautions to ensure the parcel’s protection during shipping (e.g., waterproof packaging, bubble wrap) to avoid any damage in transit.
Procedure

Contact Us
- Email help@favelastudios.com to request the return address and any necessary return authorization.

Complete a Returns Form
- Fill out the returns request form- FORM
- Be sure to include your order number (which begins with “FS”), details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Ship the Item
- Send the parcel in its original packaging, along with the completed returns form, to the provided address.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged returns in transit.

Receive Your Exchange or Store Credit
- Once the returned package is received and passes inspection, we will process your exchange request or issue a store credit.
- If an exchange item is out of stock, we will provide you with store credit.
Cost of Return
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- If requesting an exchange, you may also be responsible for additional shipping charges to send out the exchanged product, depending on our current promotions and policies.
REFUNDS
Sale Items
- No refunds are provided for sale items (including Black Friday promotions). Only exchanges or store credit are allowed.
Non-Sale Items
- For full-price items (if applicable and outside of Black Friday promotions), refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product(s).
- In exceptional circumstances, the maximum refund processing period can be up to 8 days.
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method and in the same currency used at checkout.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.
SHIPPING & LIABILITY
- We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please use a service that provides a tracking number and consider insuring the shipment.
- In the event of lost or delayed packages, you must contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
- Any shipping delays due to customs, postal strikes, or peak seasonal demand (e.g., Black Friday, holidays) are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.
CHARGEBACK PREVENTION & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
- By purchasing from our website, the customer agrees to comply with this Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve any issue may be considered a violation of our terms and could result in further investigation.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly makes fraudulent claims or initiates unwarranted chargebacks.
