RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once purchased, items are only eligible for store credit or exchange (subject to stock availability).
Eligibility

Items must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original packaging and components (e.g., boxes, accessories, labels, covers, booklets).

Items that are damaged, incomplete, soiled, or show any signs of use will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
Return Period

Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
Packaging Requirements

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packed (e.g., waterproof wrapping, bubble wrap).

Favela Studios is not liable for damage caused by insufficient packaging during transit.
Return Procedure

Complete Returns Form

Fill out the official returns form provided by us.

Include your order number (starting with “FS”), the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return.

Ship the Item

Send the item(s) to the address provided, along with the completed form.

Customers must use a tracked and insured shipping service.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Exchange or Store Credit

Once your return passes inspection, you will receive either:

The exchange item (if available), or

Store credit in the form of a gift card or code.

If an exchange is not available, store credit will automatically be issued.

Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If you request an exchange, you may also be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Sale Items

All sale purchases (including Black Friday, promotions, and discounted items) are final sale.

Only exchanges or store credit will be offered — no exceptions.
Non-Sale Items

Full-price items (excluding promotional periods) are eligible only for exchange or store credit.

No refunds will be issued.
Shipping & Liability

Favela Studios is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged returns in transit.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for any issues with delivery.

Delays due to customs, courier backlogs, or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, holidays) are outside of our control.
Chargeback Prevention & Customer Responsibility

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to this Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Attempting a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a breach of terms and may result in further investigation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who repeatedly make fraudulent claims, abuse our policy, or initiate unwarranted chargebacks.
