Returns & Exchanges Policy

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges Procedure

1.   Email: Help@favelastudios.com for Return Address.

2.  Complete a returns request form (included in your original packaging or by downloading and printing this form) detailing your order number which begins with FS, item returned and reason for return.

3.   Return your order in original packaging and condition within 14 days of receiving to the return address along with the completed returns form.

4.   Upon receiving your returned package we will action your requested refund or exchange.

Cost of Return

You will be responsible for covering the cost of postage.

Refunds

Terms:

In case of return, the refund will take place within 5 business days of receipt of the product(s). However, the maximum period for refund is 8 days after receipt

 A confirmation email will be sent to you. The refund will then be made according to the same payment method and in the same currency as that used by the customer upon payment of his/her order.

Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages
