- CARE: Rhinestones held in metal claws. Turn inside out and gently hand wash cold with mild detergent. Avoid rubbing, pulling or snagging the rhinestone settings. Do not soak, wring, bleach or tumble dry. Reshape and dry flat. Do not iron directly over prints or embellishments.

Returns & exchanges
For discretionary returns outside your statutory rights, we offer exchanges or store credit only, subject to eligibility and availability. This does not affect your legal cancellation rights or your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Your statutory rights
For eligible UK online purchases, you can notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, then return the items within a further 14 days. You do not need to give a reason. Where a statutory refund is due, we will refund your original payment method rather than require you to accept store credit.
For these cancellations, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, including the standard delivery charge where applicable. You may inspect and try on items as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them. Statutory rights also apply to sale items. Nothing in the discretionary conditions below limits these rights or any other rights required by applicable law.
Discretionary exchanges & store credit
The following conditions apply only to discretionary returns outside your statutory rights, for both full-price and sale purchases:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with their original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will offer store credit.
- Once we have checked your return, approved store credit will be issued as a gift card or code.
- We do not offer cash or payment-method refunds for discretionary returns.
How to arrange a return
- Email info@favelastudios.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide the return address and instructions. You do not need our approval to exercise a statutory cancellation right.
- You can use our returns form (PDF) to help us identify your parcel. Using this form is optional when exercising your statutory rights.
- Pack your items securely. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Return postage
For discretionary returns, you are responsible for return postage and any agreed postage for an exchange. For statutory returns, postage costs will be handled in accordance with your legal rights. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate next steps.

Dispatch
Please allow 1–2 working days for in-stock orders to be prepared and dispatched. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
This is the time needed to ship your order, not the delivery time. Delivery takes additional time after dispatch and varies by destination and service.
UK & European delivery
We use DPD for deliveries within the UK and Europe. UK orders over £200 qualify for free delivery. For UK orders of £200 or less, and all European orders outside the UK, available shipping charges are shown at checkout. The free-delivery offer applies to UK delivery addresses only.
Delivery outside Europe
We use DHL Express for international deliveries outside Europe. Shipping charges are shown at checkout for your destination.
Delivery estimates & tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched, use your tracking details for the carrier’s latest delivery estimate. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by public holidays, remote destinations or customs processing. The 1–2 working-day dispatch window is not a next-day delivery guarantee.
Customs, duties & taxes
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges. Unless these charges are explicitly included at checkout, they are payable by the recipient and are separate from the shipping charge. Customs processing may delay delivery. Your local customs authority can explain the charges that may apply.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders have a separate dispatch schedule and are excluded from the standard 1–2 working-day dispatch window. Please check the product’s pre-order information. Our existing pre-order dispatch estimate is within 2 weeks of placing your order, unless a different date is stated on the product page.
Payment is taken when you order. We will provide weekly updates on your pre-order and contact you if the estimated dispatch date changes. Pre-orders can be cancelled before dispatch; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
